Members of the 2014-2015 baseball team unveil their North Coast Athletic Conference Championship banner alongside College President Marvin Krislov and Director of Athletics Natalie Winkelfoos. The baseball team defeated The College of Wooster in the NCAC championship tournament to earn both their first NCAC championship title and Oberlin’s first NCAC championship title for a men’s team. The Yeomen finished last season 21–28 overall and 3–2 in the NCAA Championships. Automatically qualifying for the NCAA tournament, Oberlin was eventually eliminated 5–4 after a hard-fought game against Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Their other loss of the tournament came at the hands of the eventual national champions, State University of New York at Cortland.
