Audrey Horning is an Arts and Sciences Distinguished Professor of Anthropology at the College of William & Mary. Roman archaeologist and professor Steven Ellis of the University of Cincinnati delivered four lectures on the university’s ongoing excavations of the Porta Stabia neighborhood at Pompeii, of which he is director, as part of the Martin Classical Lectures series.
