Arman Luczkow, Opinions Editor

Arman (he/him) is an English and Politics major, hailing from Westchester, NY. Before working as the Opinions Editor, Arman worked as a Production Editor and wrote for both the Opinions section and the superior News section. After taking a brief hiatus from working on the Review’s staff to serve on Student Senate during his second year — where he wore multiple hats, including co-chair of the Student Finance Committee — Arman is thrilled to rejoin Oberlin’s paper of record as Opinions Editor. Most importantly, Arman is delighted to have built-in time to spend with the best friend in the universe, Gigi — who, coincidentally, is also half of the best section of the Review. When he’s not in the basement of Burton Hall, home of the Review staff, Arman can be found organizing a meeting with members of the Multiracial Students Association; stabbing people with long, shiny, metal rods; picking up and/or putting down heavy objects in the gym; and researching something he’s not quite sure of yet with Professor Jenny Garcia.
