Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018 3:21 p.m. Campus Safety officers were requested to assist a student in the Rice Hall parking lot who was injured after falling off a scooter. The student was transported to Mercy Allen Hospital for treatment. Friday, Nov. 9, 2018 9:04 a.m. Officers, members of the Oberlin Fire Department, and members of Oberlin’s Facilities staff were requested to assist a staff member stuck in an elevator in South Hall. Thursday, Nov. 1, 2018 12:37 a.m. Campus Safety officers were requested to assist with an intoxicated student at Lord House. An ambulance was requested, and the student was transported to Mercy Allen Hospital for treatment. 1:30 p.m. Officers were requested to assist with a safety inspection violation in a room on the second floor of Tank Hall. Thursday, Oct. 25, 2018 2:45 p.m. College staff reported that two posters were cut in half in the Bent Corridor of the Science Center. Friday, Oct. 26, 2018 7:02 a.m. Custodial staff reported graffiti in the men’s restroom on the main floor of Wilder Hall. A work order was filed for cleanup. 10:41 a.m. College staff reported a double doors leading into the pool area at Hales Gymnasium were tampered with. Screws were taken out of the hasp, disabling the lock. A work order was filed for repair. 5:40 p.m. Student staff at Oberlin College Lanes reported the glass in the door to the bowling lanes was accidentally broken because a visitor fell into it. The student declined an offer for medical assistance.
